1. The anorak you've been waiting for!

If you’ve been following along on our socials, you’ll have seen the journey of our new anorak jacket! We’ve spent the last eight or so months designing, tweaking, and perfecting every little detail, and I'm so thrilled to say that the most recent prototype is looking damn good. It’s officially ready to go into production for release next year!

I know it’s a pity we couldn’t get it out sooner, but good things take time. If you want a laugh, go check out the hilarious videos of our prototype updates on our Instagram – it’s been a process!

2. A new pant for an even better fit!

We’ve been keeping this one a little more hidden, but it’s something I am so passionate about. We’re designing a brand-new pant style!

This new style was born from listening to your feedback. Our Mila Pant has been amazing for so many, but it didn't quite hit the mark for women with a straighter, 'apple' or 'rectangle' body shape - those who might have a fuller tummy but slimmer hips and legs. It broke my heart to hear that we weren't getting the fit right for them.

As a brand committed to inclusivity for all body shapes, I knew we had to do better. This new pant is our next step in that evolution. We haven't even given it a name yet (maybe a competition is in order?), but I can't wait to share more with you soon.

On the mountain & growing the team.

Last week, we managed to get up to Mt. Buller for a fantastic content session. As many of you know, I've been recovering from a ruptured ACL, so it felt amazing to finally be back on snow even though it was only a cheeky 150m slide - but when it's been that long between riding, it was pure bliss!

Even just being up there was amazing, and it was fun to capture some of the range, and the new range too, in a few photos and videos. We spent a few days up there and gosh was I tired! Safe to say I couldn't ever be an influencer.

But the most exciting part of the trip was introducing our first-ever official staff member! Please give a huge welcome to Heidi! Her first day with us was up on the mountain, so I fear I've set the benchmark high for working with me!

Heidi is a marketing student who is coming on board to help out in the warehouse, pack orders, and work her magic on our marketing and social media channels. Having her on the team is a massive milestone for NP, which for so long has just been me with a sprinkle of a few contractors here and there. I am so incredibly stoked to have her! It might not seem like much on the surface, but it has certainly been keeping us busy while we get ready for next season. And, while I'm here, I want to say a massive thank you to each and every one of you who have helped me keep this dream going. Every message, email, DM - every single interaction - puts the biggest smile on my face, and gives me the warm fuzzies that I circle back on when I have the more stressful days.
