You can purchase Nobody’s Princess directly from our website nobodysprincess.com.au, or you can visit one of our many stockists located over Australia, New Zealand, and Japan! You are able to find your closest stockist here. Unfortunately, we do not have insight into stock levels at our stockists, so you will need to enquire with them directly.

You can reach out to Nobody’s Princess through our social media channels (@nobodysprincessapparel on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok) or through our Contact Form where we will get back to you via email.

The easiest way to keep tabs on us is to follow us on social media (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok), and to sign up to our newsletter to be notified of any stock updates, limited edition releases, or promotions! Simply head to the sign up form on the bottom of nobodysprincess.com.au to subscribe. We don’t spam, sell information, or any of that shady stuff. We only email when there is something to talk about or share!

We take pride in the business we’ve built and the quality of our products. We may have promotional gifts with purchases, or promotions with bundles discounts, but our core product will never go on sale, unless it is being cleared out.

We do this to avoid placing huge markups on our products in what we know is a highly overpriced snow apparel market ($1000 for a bib? yeah, nah) and want to make sure our products are kept affordable for all. We also work with a community of retailers who have margins to work with, and never want to put ourselves in a position where we are undercutting these other small businesses. We love working with our stockists that are helping us spread the work about our amazing products by offering them instor

We don’t often offer any discount codes directly, but from time to time there may be one that offers a bundle promotion, so please subscribe to our newsletter for any updates/codes we may send out.

We do know some of our brand ambassadors have a code or two floating around, so you may find them if you hunt for them through social medias. Go support the wonderful women who are supporting us, and have been from day one.

Please know that Nobody’s Princess reserves the right to confirm the eligibility of any discount codes accepted into our system at any time.

It totally sucks when you’re ready to buy something and you’ve missed out. As a small business we do have limited re-stock opportunities, and we are trying to make sure we keep items in stock as best we can. It is disappointing to miss out, so if there is something you’re after that is not available online, feel free to message us, or contact one of our stockists to see if they can help you. Often they will have what you need available - and you’d be supporting another business at the same time.

If you are waiting for a re-stock, hitting the “Notify Me” button will ensure you’re notified when the product is back in stock instantly.

We absolutely do! Our gift cards are delivered by email, and contain all the instructions you need to make a purchase online. Gift Cards can also be sent as a “gift” directly to your recipient.

To purchase a gift card, simply head here. If you need a custom amount, you able to add multiples to the checkout, or simply contact us via our Contact Form to arrange this directly.

Please note that all Gift Cards are non-refundable and should be treated like cash - if they have been lost we cannot re-issue them as all codes are secured and only shared with the purchaser. Our gift cards are only redeemable online at nobodysprincess.com.au.
