SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to our Shipping Policy! This applies to all purchases made on our Websites. Please note that this policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service (Terms). Any capitalised terms not defined here can be found in the Terms. By accessing or using our Services, including this Shipping Policy, you agree to comply with all applicable Terms.
Nobody’s Princess ships worldwide.
SHIPPING FEES
Please note international shipping may incur duties and taxes applied by customs in the country of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Within Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom/Ireland, we offer free Standard Shipping for all orders over AUD$150, and discounted rates for Express Shipping.
Outside of the above shipping regions, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of AUD$25 for Standard Shipping on all orders over AUD$150, and discounted options rates for Express Shipping.
Shipping rates for all orders under AUD$150 in value are calculated at checkout.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to Spain.
DELIVERY TIMES
All delivery times are an estimate as provided by our courier partners. If you have urgency to receiving your order, we highly recommend choosing an Express Shipping option at checkout.

Australia Express: 1-2 Business Days
New Zealand Standard: 1-2 Weeks
New Zealand Express: 4-8 Business Days
United States Standard: 2-3 Weeks
United States Express: 6-10 Business Days
Canada Standard: 2-3 Weeks

UK & Ireland Standard: 2-3 Weeks
UK & Ireland Express: 5-9 Business Days

Please note: our T-Shirts are located in a separate facility and will be dispatched within 3-7 days of ordering. From this time frame, the above postage time frames apply.
PROCESSING
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – we endeavour to get your order to you ASAP.
Once you’ve made your online order with us, we will send your tracking number to you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
COURIER INFORMATION
Delivery is undertaken by Australia Post and DHL, and we cannot guarantee delivery times as this is out of our control once your purchase leaves our premises. In the instance of lost parcels, we are not liable once your parcel has left our warehouse and is in Australia Post's/DHL's control, unless you opt in for coverage using Checkout+.
AMENDMENT
We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy periodically without prior notice. By making any purchase from us after such amendments, you confirm your acceptance of those changes. We recommend checking our current Terms before making any new purchases. Please note that our agents, employees, and third parties do not have the authority to modify this Policy or our Terms and Conditions.
