Need to know how to return your Nobody's Princess order?
Simply use our returns portal to lodge your return and print your shipping labels. Our steps are simple and outlined below.
REPACK YOUR ITEM(S)
Reuse the packaging your item(s) came in, or pop into a sealable and waterproof bag or box of similar size. The smaller, the better!
LODGE YOUR RETURN
Make sure you have your order number and email address handy, and then start your return through our easy to use returns portal.
SELECT RETURN REASON
Select your return reason and method, then hit submit! We'll send you a confirmation email and let you know once your return is approved.
POST YOUR RETURN
Once your return is approved we'll email you a shipping label and instructions. Affix your label and drop it off at the appropriate location.

What is your returns policy?
If you are not 100% happy with your item, we are more than happy to facilitate a return for a full refund or store credit. Please head to our Returns Portal to start the process. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (as per your tracking information).
Any returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted at our digression. We require all returns to be in their own original packaging, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and inclusions intact where applicable. Please read our full Returns Policy for all details.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
If you need to return your item, our Returns Portal will allow this within 30 days of your delivery date. All returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
All online returns for Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, and United Kingdom will be provided with a shipping label for return postage. This will incur a return label fee per submission as below, which will be deducted from your final refund.
Australia: AUD$15
New Zealand: NZD$20
United States: USD$22
Canada: CAD$32
UK: GBP£19
If you have purchased from outside of these shipping regions and wish to make a return, you will need to cover the shipping costs and there will be no fee associated.
Do you charge a restock fee?
To prevent misuse of our free shipping and return policy for "try-on" purposes, a restocking fee will be applied to any orders/items that are returned in the following situations:
1. When two or more of the same/similar item are returned.
(example: purchasing two (2) pants/bibs in different sizes and then returning both, or purchasing three pairs of pants/bibs in the same style but multiple sizes, or same sizes in differing styles/colours, and then requesting a refund for two items.)
2. Excessive exchanges.
(example: returning a jacket that was too small and reordering the next two sizes down to try, and then returning another jacket; or when a customer needs to return a second order due to incorrect sizing and re-order for a third time, especially without consulting customer service for sizing help, or ignoring size recommendation from customer service.)
Restock fees apply per order returned, as below:
Australia: AUD$25
New Zealand: NZD$30
United States: USD$40
Canada: CAD$45
UK: GBP£25
Rest of World: AUD$50
This policy discourages excessive exchanges and ensures fairness to all our customers. If you need help with your sizing, please contact us via the Live Chat on this website, Social Media, email, or our contact form. We are able to guide and recommend accurate sizing and fitment without liability for yourself.
If you feel that your return should be exempt from a restock fee due to an exceptional circumstance, please contact us before initiating your return.
Please note that these restocking fees are applied in addition to the shipping label fee, but do not apply to returns due to faulty or incorrect items, and we may apply a restock fee in any other situation we deem appropriate, at our own discretion.
Can I return items I purchased on sale or clearance?
All items marked as clearance/in our clearance section are final sale and are not eligible for refund/exchange unless faulty.
If your item was purchase during a promotion period or with a discount code, you will be refunded the amount paid at time of purchase. This is noted in your order confirmation. The refund amount will be the price listed against the item you’ll be returning.
Can I return items bought online to a stockist?
All items purchased through our website are only eligible to be returned through our returns portal and posted back to our warehouse. Our stockists cannot accept any items that have bought from our website for return/exchange instore.
How will my order be refunded?
All orders must be refunded via their original payment method. We cannot be held responsible for cards that have been lost, stolen or cancelled. If the original payment method is not available, we reserve the right to issue any refund on a gift card or store credit.
When will I get my refund?
Once your item is back with us and we've approved the return, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund can take up to 5 working days depending on the payment method you originally chose.
Can I return something Internationally?
Yes, absolutely. If you are in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom, we will provide you with a returns shipping label. Simply start your return through our portal. Please note there are fees associated with returns outlined in our Refund Policy.
If you are posting to us from any other country/location outside of the above regions, returns are at the cost of the the buyer, and must be organised with your local post outlet.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not process traditional exchanges through our online store.
If you are looking to exchange for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order for the item you would like to purchase, and returning your existing item(s) to our online warehouse for a full refund.
