Our Pro Deal Program is for the women who spend more time on the mountain than off it - the instructors, lifties, patrollers, and industry experts and partners who keep the snow world turning.

You deserve gear that fits as well as it performs, and we want to thank you for your support on our mountains by providing you a special discount on our range of technical, female-first, snow outerwear.

Membership is via our application form and is not guaranteed. Please make sure you have read our terms and conditions for a Pro Deal membership before applying.

Access to the Pro Deal Program is a privilege, not a right. By applying, you agree to these core terms:
Eligibility & Verification

The Nobody's Princess Pro Deal Program is a privilege reserved for active snow industry professionals. To qualify, you must provide current proof of employment or certification, such as:

  • A recent pay slip (within the last 30 days) from a recognised snow or outdoor retailer, resort, or tour operator; or
  • A Valid membership or certification with APSI, APS, or equivalent international bodies (e.g., CASI, PSIA, BASI)
Personal Use Only

This program is for your personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from purchasing gear for friends, family, or colleagues. Reselling any product purchased through the Pro Deal Program on platforms like eBay or Facebook Marketplace is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban from the program. Orders that look to be abusing these rules will be cancelled.

The details of your Pro Deal, including pricing, are confidential. Sharing your love for our brand is always welcomed, but sharing the details of our membership is not.
Purchasing & Limits

All Pro Deal perks are exclusive to online purchases through official Nobody's Princess websites, and are not available via any of our retail stockists.

To ensure fair access to stock, the following limits apply per season:

  • Total Spend: A maximum of $2,500 AUD (RRP value).
  • Quantity Limits: A maximum of two (2) outerwear kits (jackets and pants/bibs) and four (4) accessories.
  • Requests for higher volumes for specific professional expeditions must be submitted in writing for individual review.
Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Pro Deal orders are subject to standard shipping rates and are not eligible for "Free Shipping" promotions unless otherwise stated.

Returns: Returns are accepted for size exchanges only within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in original condition with tags. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on pro-discounted items.

Warranty claims follow our standard policy, but please identify yourself as a Pro Deal member when contacting us.
Program Duration & Changes

Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of approval. You will be required to re–verify your professional status annually. Nobody's Princess reserves the right to terminate Pro Deal access at any time if these terms are breached.

You'll be signed up for marketing by applying for our Pro Deal program, which is vital for you to receive your activation, deals, and exclusive offers.
